I have done a double mix of the Donna Hay recipe (in the oven now!)and was just wondering do you have to cook it for double the time!

Cook to single mix but make sure outside is crisp. Hopefully someone else more experienced will come in & advse. Enjoy.

Yep I would still cook it for the normal time, but leave it in the oven to cool for as long as you can. It shoud crispen as it stands.
