Triple Cream Cheese

I need to compete against a melt in the mouth triple cheese from Australia (as a challenge) and need to find an extremely creamy cheese to go on crackers. The one I had was kind of a brie.

Can anybody recommend where I might find a prize winner!

If you live by a nosh we sell a triple cream french cheese called delice de bourgogne - its AMAZING! Its similar in that it has a mould rind like a brie but is soooo much creamier (its not cheap though - $9.99 per 100g).
Or just ask for that cheese at your nearest fancy deli

Does it have to be a Brie-style!If not, White Castello and Blue Castello are both really soft and creamy with wonderful flavours.

This is the challenge I've been given - to get one nicer than this!Aussie friend does not think it's possible, but I have to try!

I'll have to note these ones mentioned above. Are the Castellos triple cream! And what is delice de bourgogne, is that a type of cheese or the brand where you are!
