You can buy "Jelly Tip" in a squeezy bottle. Found in the Dessert aisle of the supermarket. Auny Betty - brand. Used as an ice-cream etc topping, but there is no reason not to use it with added gelatin for a cheesecake.

Yum sounds lovely.There are recipes you can google for cheesecakes that have a jelly topping, maybe you could use one of those and fold some flaked choc through the cream cheese mix! Also you could use chocolate flavoured biscuits for the base too.
