Add some basil pesto, a chopped spring onionand some grated parmesan. if it's a bit dry, add a little olive oil.
I've made it with raosted capsicum and garlic pesto too, with great results.

I use it for a rice risotto & some salalds, really nice!
Orzo, Sun Dried Tomato & Hazelnut Salad
Dressing:
2 tsp minced garlic
¼ cup toasted hazelnuts
¼ cup tightly packed Italian parsley leaves (could try basil)
2 tabs white wine vinegar
¼ cup oil
1 tab brown sugar
Place all ingreds into a processor & blend until it forms a paste.
8-10 sundried tomato pieces
¼ cup black olives, halved
1 cup orzo pasta
70gr feta, crumbled
¼ cup toasted hazelnuts whole
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper
Cook orzo then drain, rinse & set aside to cool. Place orzo pasta, tomatoes, olives, hazelnuts & feta into a bowl. Add dressing & fold through lightly to combine. Just before serving sprinkle over chopped hazelnuts, rock salt & freshly ground pepper.

And Chicken Risotto:
1 med onion thinly sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
1½ cups risoni pasta
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ cup white wine
2 cups chicken stock
1 small green capsicum finely chopped
2 tabs chopped parsely
oil
seasonings
In an electric frypan brown onion & garlic with about 1 tab oil. Stir in pasta & paprika. Add wine boiling till evaporated (at med heat) Stir in stock. Cover with lid & cook for about 15 mins till tender. If liquid is evaporating too quickly turn down the heat a little & add a bit more water or wine (& one for the cook!)Add capsicum & chopped chicken(make sure the chicken is not too big) keep moving so chicken cooks evenly on all sides. (about 5-7 mins) Sprinkle with some parsley & a little grated parmesan if you want to.

I add it to soup and use it some recipes that say rice. More Creole recipes than asian I have to say though.

There is a beetroot, orzo and feta salad recipe on the healthy food guide's website (google it).Seriously yummy, although I'd make it with fresh beetroot rather than tinned.
