Spread mashed potato on the bottom of a casserole dish, Put about 2cups of frozen veg or less on top of the potatoe. Then mix 4 eggs together in a bowl with about 1 cup of milk and 1 sachet of chicken cup of soup or small amount of chicken stock, pour this mixture on top of veges. sprinkle grated cheese on top and pepper and cook for about 30mins at 160deg CNote; Im just trying this out for the first time

Frozen veg would put me off especially if they were mixed! Was the dish rather mushy!
