Have made a fudge slice with c/milk,biscuits,dried apricot,glace cherries,dried peach etc, it is quite sweet & moorish - what icing should I put on it, recipe has regular icing but last time I made it, it was too sweet. This time it is going to a cake sale so would like something a bit different, thanks

I'd go along with darlingmole's "simple lemon icing" OR alternatively simply drizzle with melted white chocolate.:-))

Yep lemon, will bring out the fruit flavours without being too sweet.
