Help- cupcake disaster

Have made chocolate cupcakes for first time... using recipe from Magnolia Bakery... and they have sunk in the middle! ! Recipe has 4 eggs in it, as well as 250g good quality chocolate plus the usual ingredients (baking soda, flour, sugar, butter and vanilla essence). Any ideas as to why this has happened folks? TIA

Not enough flour
over beaten eggs (too much air - air deflated once cooled)
Oven not hot enough
You opened the oven before 3/4 of the cooking time was up
they cooled to rapidly

Dont fear, turn them into a choc pudding served with ice cream or custard

Thanks maxwell. inc. I added a couple of tablespoons of flour. All good! Came out just beautiful. Just need to decorate them now. They are for my 11 year olds b'day and she has high expectations! lol. You should see the pages she has marked out for me in the cupcake book I got from the library.
