Whole lamb! Ask a butcher. Decent price! Shop around! You should get it at almost wholesale price - after all, the butcher doesn't have to do a thing to it, and you are taking ALL the cuts, not just the ones he can sell easily.

Decent price! No such thing lately. Cheapest - Mataura Butcher. Auckland - Aussie Butcher, but not cheap anymore.
