Got given 3kg of mushrooms need ideas of what to make with them other than soup. And can mushrooms be kept in the freezer! Wouldnt have a clue

Big Lasagne with plenty of mushrooms which you can freeze.I put mushrooms, pumpkin, spinach, courgettes in mine as not too keen on meat .Very yummy.
