if I made cheese scones with bacon in them would I cook the bacon first or just chop up and add with the milk and cheese! (raw)

The creator of the recipe which cooked it first said the she keeps ready-cooked chopped bacon for scones or sprinkles in the freezer.

ooo thats a good idea, I just bought 3kgs of smoked streaky bacon $60 two packs in the freezer and one in the fridge. its the best real bacon ever!

I add bacon raw to scones. works well and tastes great.
