Anything can be made romantic.
The two of you, could cook each others meals, or make it so whereas it's a one plate dish and you share.
The possibilities are endless, be creative. :)

As Chrisynz has said, it depends on on your budget and tastes.
Roast veges with a mini rack of lamb and a salad followed by ice cream and fruit salad!
Or a stir-fry with noodles followed by chocolate coated almonds from the box. You could feed each other almonds.
Or try a fondue with chocolate and dip food into the chocolate. It could get messy, but you can clean each other up.
You could make a pizza together - you get to choose exactly what you want on it and you get to make it together.
Beef wellington with a nice red wine.
