EZY CAKE from childrens cooking tutor

250 grams castor sugar
250 grams margerine
2 eggs
tsp vanilla
mix well with beater
add 3 cups flour (self raising) 3 table spoons cocoa and fold
tip in to a greased cake tin and bake at 180 for roughly 25 min or untill springs back in centre when touched
lovely moist ezy chocolate cake

Sounds like it would be great for quick cupcakes too.

absolutely. it is so mess free and a banana added and bingo . great banana cake
