I want to make massive baskets of baking as gifts for my midwives for our last visit next Monday, but I'm busy all weekend so will need to bake this week and freeze it. Does most baking freeze well! I'm thinking muffins, ginger bread men, cakes, slices, biscuits, and rum balls.

All of those things you mentioned freeze extremely well.I've frozen most things I've made and not have anything 'not work'.

I freeze everything!even with icing on, it all freezes beautifully.
