Instant Pudding Square 1 instant pudding (any flavour), 1/2 c sugar, 1 c flour, pinch salt. Put 2 eggs in a cup, top with milk.Add to sifted dry ingredients.Add 3 oz melted butter and vanilla essence.Beat well with a knife.Add 2 tsp baking powder.Pour into sponge roll tin.Bake 350 for 30 mins.Can be iced.Can add choc chips, sultanas etc depending on flavour or pudding
