Have jsut discoveredJarrah's Choc o Lait - a most decadent hot chocolate drink!And very low fat!(haven't bothered to read how much sugar is in it though cos I don't want to burst my bubble!).

Me too - cos it takes 5 minutes to make and you can eat it in 10 mins if you put it in the freezer.And of course, its healthy with all that cereal in it lol.
