Lamb Chops

I want to do them in the slow cooker but dont have a recipe.any ideas!

If they are shoulder chops make a Lancashire Hot Pot - equal quantities of chops, potatoes and onions, salt and pepper, water or real chicken stock, a couple of bay leaves.You could also add some swede or some lamb kidneys - both are really delicious.

No need to brown anything, just leave it for about 8 hours on high.

Use enough stock to come up about 3/4 of the depth of the chops and potatoes.The onions and chops will give off a fair bit of liquid as they cook and you don't want the finished hotpot to be too soupy.Don't forget the salt - the potatoes will take up a lot of it.
