Does anyone roast pumpkin seeds!

Just put however many you require into a dry frying pan or pot on a gentle heat and watch them like a hawk. After a few minutes, once the pot/pan heats up they will begin to go brown and then very rapidly, black. Move around a lot with a wooden spoon. I usually put the lid on after a little while and do that thing that chefs do to turn the contents over. That way both sides get a chance to go brown.

I prefer to call it toasting rather than roasting.

I just put them in dry frypan for a couple of minutes on a medium heat if I'm toasting them to add to muesli, bread etc.Most seeds start smelling good when they're done.

toast or roast then add a squirtof soya sauce over them. Enjoy
