Usually I just use the good old Edmonds recipe but not long ago I was given this recipe and these bikkies are really scrummy and so simple to make.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Biscuits
200 grams butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup soft brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
3 cups flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups chocolate chips

Melt butter and add both white and brown sugar in and cream these together.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.Roll into medium sized balls and put on a well greased baking tray.Make sure ingredient is not too wet!Bake at 180C for 8 - 10 minutes.

Yip, got the same recipe from the chelsea sugar packet - half the ingredients though - soooooo yummy and super easy. Also doesn't take heaps of butter like other bickie recipies :)

That sounds good, saves opening a can of condensed milk for only 3 tablespoons too.

CondensedMilk doesn't stay long here once opened. Can be kept in a Deep Freeze.
