Baked fish

I have seen a recipe where the fish is baked in the oven with a topping but cant find it and have checked in the seach on the left.anyone have any ideas otherwise I thought I would smother with the new sauce advertised on tv and sprinkle over panko crumbs and bake!

FISH BAKE

Combine:
1 Tbs grated ginger
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs olive oil
rind & juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs mustard (any)
1 Tbs sweet chilli sauce
handful fresh basil or rosemary (optional)

Arrange fillets in baking dish
Pour over mix
Bake uncovered 200*C 10 -15 mins

squeeze lemon juice over, spread in mayonaise like butter and make breadcrumbs with little cheese, parsley, lenon rind and press on and bake in oven, put fish on grease tray

they both do sound nice and didnt get back in time, I used the new sauce/dip mix that the guy from masterchef advertises, used the chilli one spread over the fish and used panko crumbs it was yummy! but will do the one above next time.

FISH WITH CRISP TOPPING
4 FISH FILLETS
2 TBLSP LEMON JUICE
2/3 CUP STALE BREADCRUMBS
2 CUPS GRATED TASTY CHEESE
1 TSP DRY MUSTARD
2 TBLSP CHOPPED PARSLY
50 GRAMS BUTTER MELTED

LIGHTLY GREASE A SHALLOW OVENPROOF DISH, ARRANGE FISH IN A SINGLE LAYER IN DISH, SPRINKLE WITH JUICE.COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN BOWL, MIX WELL.SPOON CRUMB MIXTURE OVER FISH, BAKE IN MODERATE OVEN ABOUT 20 MIN. OR UNTIL COOKED THROUGH AND TOPPING IS GOLDEN BROWN.

This is totally delicious!

Baked Fish Marinated with Chermoula

2-3 fillets of terakihi (or any fish of your choice)
3 cloves of garlic (peeled)
½ teaspoon of coarse sea salt
½ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
2 chopped tomatoes
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (as you wish to require)
2 teaspoons of Farro’s Spanish paprika
1teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Farro’s cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Juice of ½ a lemon
½ preserved Moroccan lemon (finely chopped)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Combine all ingredients except fish in a food processor and pulse until slightly chunky (do not process to a smooth paste).Massage the fish all over with the chermoula marinade.Loosely cover the fish with tin foil.Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.For stronger flavour, marinate 3-4 hours or overnight.
This delicious recipe can be used for roast lamb, roast vegetables.You can make a large quantity and keep it in the fridge covered with olive oil.
