Why is there so much sugar in cows milk, does it come from the cows or added by naughty people!

It is lactose and all milk has sugar in it to nourish the newborn of that particular species. Sadly, we cannot tell Mother Nature that we adults don't want the sugar and fat that her creations add to their milk so their young can thrive.

If you think cow's milk has too much sugar in it you should taste human milk. It is even sweeter and fattier.
