I have found a pizza base recipe I want to make now and it calls for 185gms of semolina, our supermarket didnt have any so can I use the same amount of cous cous instead!

Nope.did New World Rangiora not have any!They are normally well stocked.

I live in Oxford, our supermarket didnt. I made it with couscous and it came out really well, nice and thin, held together well.
