I have Chefaide, butter, marg, Shreddo and pork lard. I want to make a recipe that calls for a dessert spoonful of dripping. Will any of the above be suitable!

What are you making!
Pork lard is a soft fat.
Chefade is the harder fat.
You cannot go wrong with butter.
