Slices

What is the ideal size for a pan to cook slices in! I don't think I have one.

pending on how thick or thin you wish it to be. use a roasting dish or cake tin. If too big when you line it, roll up some tin foil or baking paperto make a "end" to keep it to the length you want:)

I discovered, once I got out a tape measure, that my small roasting pan is just the right size for many slices, 20cm by 30cm. I'm a happy cook.
