Hi everyone! My 2 year anniversary is coming up, and my boyfriend has been going on about wanting to try beef wellington for aaaages so I thought i might give it a go. I've googled it and there are just so many recipes, mainly videos, I don't know which one to use! Plus i'd rather have a written one lol. Has anyone got a tried and true recipe! Also, whats a good side dish to go with it! Thanks :)

You are better off watching a video. At least you are watching how it is made, that is the key.
