Hello, I was just wondering if you know of any recipes that use hot water crust pastry! I've tried Google, but I'm still coming up short of ideas. Any suggestions would be welcome(:

I think raised game pies are made of this type of pastry.

Pork pies are just moorish, but I'd class them as a 'once in a while' treat, as the amount of fat/lard you have to use in hot water crust pastry is a lot.Would definitely clog up a few arteries :-)
