Roast Beef

can anyone give me good ideas to cook a rolled roast beef. It's not overly big so would I cook it slower for longer! Would like not to use herbs but would spices instead. Open to suggestions.

definitely cook it slower, doesnt dry out too much then. not too sure what spices you could use.

Always cook my roasts in oven bags (and add fresh herbs such as rosemary/thyme etc) and always tender :)
