My kitchen has been gonefor 3 weeks now, (major renovation). We have been doing lots of slow cooker meals, with rice in the microwave. As well as that, we bought a cooked ham from the butcher and had ham and saladfor 3 nights.I have also cooked chicken breast in water in the slow cooker thantossed it into a thai salad(with sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, fresh coriander, lemon juice, oil).Toasted sandwichesplus greens are another option. There is a range of stir through sauces called Global Cuisine. found near the fresh meat which are quite yummyin the slow cooker. My kidsreally liked the Thai yellow curry withchicken breast. Hope that helps!
It does get monotonous, I am cravingaccess to my stove now !

Thanks for the ideas. Cheese and crackers have filled the gap night.
Looks like it will be finished tomorrow.

I'd suggest takeaways.Thai, Indian, Turkish, fish and chips, pizza. That's what we did when our kitchen was out of action :-)
