Can any of you fine cooks tell me how to make fried rice. your responses will be most appreciated.

Pop into the lefthand message board & under keyword put fried rice. Then under date posted, use drop box & put last year. Heaps to chose from. Good frying.

I use the flavour sachet from Oriental noodles in my fried rice & it tastes just like the real McCoy.

Hi, I do the following:
Cook rice in the morning & store in fridge. Also cook two fried eggs, slice & store in the fridge. Heat oil in a wok, ad finely chopped onion, ginger and garlic, sir-fry for a couple of minutes and then whatever meat /fish you prefer (pork, bacon, chicken, ham or prawns), stir-fry few more minutes. Next add the cold cooked rice, lots of soy sauce and a mixture of any of the following depending what you have on hand: peas /pineapple /spring onions /mixed veg / sliced fried egg /shrimps Fry until piping hot and cooked through.
