Persil and Frend, these the only things i use in my washing, if they have stains i don't usually do anything as i think Persil is great but if there is something that i don't know wont come out then i use Frend aswell, hope i havent confused you lol

I think you need to start with cold water and get out as much you can before moving on to products.
