Is that the pink ginger used with sushis!If so, you can try the supermarket or asian shops and look for whichever aisle they would keep the rest of the sushi ingredients.

Yes your right they are always my xmas present to myself with good stilton cheese sadly in in the weekly budget bit like the sundried tomatoes.I buy at bulk bins and put into a container with 1/2 good oilve oil and good balsamic vingegar (sp) they keep over a year in sealed container in fridge and improve with age added to anything I put them cut up the other night into mince dish and it make it first class and using the soaking mix in dressinging and you save lots of dollars it cost 1/8th the price.hope this make sense hehe having a wine as I type :)
