Dessert help please .

I have 2 cans of peaches in syrup i want to use for a dessert.
I'm looking at either a cheese cake, sorbet, peach pie or crumble, unless anyone has a better idea.
I'm serving garlic bread then, Irish Stew then the Dessert :o)
