Easy stew

Another tried and true recipe from the past.

500 gms of cubed beef. (says round blade but chuck is nice as well).
1 dsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp bi carb soda
2 tbsp flour

Mix the above and add 2 cups of water, add to beef in a cassarole dish. Leave at least 1/2hr. Put in oven 180. Add veges (whatever you have, always some onion) after 1/2 hr. Stir. Cook another 1 and 1/2 hrs.
