Frozen Chillies

I froze some chillis (big ones like elongated peppers) a couple of years ago. I'd like to keep them for the seeds now, I opened one today and the flesh is mushy mushy....but would probably be ok as a pulp in something...i dunno.
Do you think I would be able grow some plants from these 2 year frozen seeds?

Give them a go. Nothing to lose.

Give it a try.. maybe separate some out by spreading the seeds on a piece of paper towel.. let them dry, then place on some seed raising mix, cover with a little of the mix, keep in a warm place, keep moist by spraying with some water..and see if they germinate..
