I think you could read the nutrition panels and the ingredients list on both products and then make your own mind up. We all have differing ideas of what constitutes 'healthy'. For me healthy means food that is not processed, or has a minimum of processing and few, say 1-3 added ingredients. Of the latter, not everything is healthy imo.

Personally, I think that any product that has sugar as its main flavour is not particularly healthy.

Perhaps you should have asked, "...which is less harmful".
