Potatoes

Whats wrong with my potatoes? when cut in half they have an outer boarder which is normal but most of the inside are pale and watery looking? are they edible or will they turn to mush when cooked. TIA

Potato fungus called pythium?Hmm, hard to know without seeing the potato itself.

If you bought them, take them back and get a replacement or rfund.

couldnt find anything on the link but thanks anyway...yes I will take them back, tonight was no better. Only 2 adults and 2 children and have gone through 1/2 the bag over 2 nights already..and 1/2 of them have been cooked up and feed to the chooks!

They sound like they have psyllid the clue is whem you boil them they just turn to mush
