I am starting a new job and need different ideas on simple but yummy meals. Food that will keep warm and still taste good in a bain maree *sp*, food on the goand your typical cabinet food ie muffins. so hit me with your best shot and recipes please The majority will be older gentlemen.

slow cooker casseroles, sausage casseroles, curried sausages, rice dishes,macaroni cheese and pasta bakes,(sauce may seperate a bit)meatballs in sauce,shepherds pie will all hold well in a bain marie. Stuffedjacket potatoes are another goodie, can be stored in a dry bain marie, or just microwaved as required. Muffins, as long as fruity or bran type, will also freeze well, just thaw out daily as required.
