Not fried ... more healthy by far and should fit your bill
"Classic roast" sprinkle (from spices rack in supermarket) sprinkled and patted onto chicken pieces. Place pieces on baking paper on a tray in a 160 degree oven for about an hour, turning three or four times during cooking. Done.
