I would only have 2 cups approx. in bag,can I add one cup of roll oats to makeup 3 cups, thanks alot.

no it will make them too heavy. just cut down other ingredients by a third.will not affect them just make less.

Make a half quantity - the maths is easier....and you'll need a bit of extra flour to pat them out.
