2kg Boneless Veal Belly/Breast Meat

I'm not sure how to cook this!
Should I cook it as a casserole or slow roast it?
Would really appreciate any help

Well veal, being little baby calves, is tender as. So it doesn't need a lot of slow cooking.

agrees with lythande1 and the rennet goes to making cheese unless you buy "vege rennet" cheese. Yip, rennet comes from baby cows, calves:(
