I have never bought or eating a panini in my life but we are doing some for school fundraising. How much does one sell for and what are yummy fillings??Thanks

Make sure the school has a high decile or is in the main street of a city, because we tried these a few years ago at a gala day and the costs vs profit was bad for the effort. The costs of the fillings alone were a killer, they also have to be super interesting ie camenbert, salmon, smoked chicken and colourful vege/fruittomatos (out of season at the mo), red onions, avocado and various others. The ole saussy and bread or steak sammy gives a better return.
