yes, we make it on sundays for monday lunch - it is usually ok for 1 day - just keep it in the fridge

My 75 yr old dad was making sushi yesterday, I thought that was great as he was a fry up breakfast eater for as long as I know. He smoked his own salmon, cooked his chook in a rotisserie and had prawns and all the other good things. He'll be around for a lot more years with this better diet

I was suprised by how easy it was to make, was a pretty good lunch and way cheaper than buying it like i usually do

i dont - only reason being in the fridge the rice goes hard and if you made it the day and left it out the rice stays soft....
