Sauce - fry chopped onion with garlic, add tin of tomato puree and tin of tomatoes in juice (add juice as well).I chop the tomatoes up into small diced pieces.I add sugar to taste as I find the sauce too tart for me..
serve on spaghetti noodles... YUM!!!

Ingredients:
500g beef mince 1 onion finely chopped garlic finely chopped breadcrumbs 1 egg lightly beaten 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon parsley salt/pepper 1 can of tomato puree mixed with 60mls of water flour pasta
Method:
Combine mince, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper with egg, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Roll into small balls, coat with flour and slightly flatten and brown them off in a pan. Put into a shallow ovenproof dish.Cover the meatballs with tomato puree.
Bake at 180 until bubbling and serve on hot pasta.
