Lamb meatballs,or mini koftas

I need to make these ahead of time and freeze for heating at a function. They will be served on toothpicks with a cucumber yoghurt dipping sauce. Will they be okay. I am scared that by treating them this way they will be dry. Who has done this with success?

they will be fine, just use a moist mixture* try the Alison Holst recipe selection,* (google)she has a range that you can even make in the microwave. Best to slightly undercook and when reheating sit them on a rack over a pan of water in the oven.
