Made quite a big batch of this soup -it has coconut milk in it.Can I freeze what I don't need now?

Can I have recipe or someone elses for this? Had it in the wkend at a cafe in Taupo, soup was called Thai Curry Pumpkin Soup with honey and cashews.I'm 40 plus and it was the best soup I've had in my life.Actually thought it tasted like peanut satay as well, was devine

I use this recipe for Thai pumpkin soup with coconut and curry - http://www.nzchef.co.nz/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=572 If you are making it for someone on a low fat or diabetic diet use a can of Nestles coconut flavoured evaporated milk, still tastes fantastic. It freezes beautifully.
