Storing unused Filo and Feta? HELP

Im not sure how to store the unsed portion of filo sheets. The recipe I use it for only needs 5/6 sheets at a time and I have about 25 sheets altogether. Is there a way to store these so they dont dry up or the other extreme, dont stick together.
Also the same for Feta. The package says use it within 7 dys after opening. Is there a way to keep it longer? Just Id like to buy bulk because its cheaper but if I can find a way to store it longer then it seems pointless? Cheers

take out what you need, re wrap and freeze the rest:)

so whenyou say wrap - like in gladwrap. Are you talking about the filo or feta or both? I put the filo back int he fridge in its plastic pack it came in (seal broken though) and when I went to use it later that week some layers were stuck on the plastic and some of it was stuck together.
