My husband loaded up our back fridge with Jazz apples, obviously not realising that the vegie crisper is more like a vegie freezer! So I now have many frozen apples. Will they be OK if I stew them up, and would I be better to defrost them first or just deal with them frozen? TIA

Turn them into apple cider!!! I always freeze mine before starting a brew

Thanks. I think I'll stick to stewing them - have a husband and children who can't get enough of stewed apple :)
