what do you you mean by spicemix? is that the same as mixed spice? I saw you mention it in another recipe. tia

spice mix for biscuits and the like is a mixture of cinnamon,cloves,nutmeg ginger etc. You can pre-make it to have on hand for these spicy biscuit recipes.

If it is for speculaa this is the spice mix 3 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp ground cloves ½ tsp ground white pepper 2 tsp ginger 2 tsp cardamom
