Anyone please tell me how long to cook it and at what temp? Havnt had roast lamb for a loooooonnng time.

Heat oven to 180 then reduce to 160 & cook atleast 2hrs. Just ensure lamb is sizzling while cooking.Yum

Depends how you like your lamb cooked. For medium meat, I cook it for 1 hour 15 minutes on 330F. REST by wrapping in a lot of foil for 45 minutes.
