Can you just eat any salmon raw? Like the salmon in sushi - is it the same? LOL im got salmon bits here that have been frozen (now thawed)

yes! i used to buy raw salmon frm fish shop n eat with a splash of soy n wasabi

this was made into a risotto - but just wondered for future to make sushi mainly!
Im a bit funny with fish as family catch it and salmons the only fish i **buy** lol

hell yeah..I love raw salmon...treat myself to a thin strip occasionally when its on special...with soy and a beer or wine.Jsut see how it look when it thaws out.
