I bake a potatoe in the microwave and make a cheese sauce, steam some little broccoli florets, cut a cross in the potatoe when ready to serve, mix the broccoli and cheese sauce together then pour into the baked potatoe. Also serve with maybe carrots and cabbage.

Jacket spuds, or small cubed roasties (pumkin, spud, kumara, parsnip onion etc, sprinkled with tarragon, thyme or any suitable herbs) any greens on the side eg. broccoli, thinly sliced sauteed cabbage, green beans, or simply serve with creamy mashed potato, and microwaved or steamedchunky vege assortment (the McCains frozen jobs). Apple sauce to the side of the pork steaks, maybe a light gravy.

We just had pork chops for dinner and had rice rissoito, coleslaw, with chopped up carrots, cheese, pickled onions and fruit and of course apple sauce for the pork chops.It does sound abit odd but tasted really good!
